You should have received a notification from Dropbox that I've shared a folder named MEBEP with you. It contains the grant proposal (docx), the cost estimate (xlsx) and the report of 2010 accomplishments (docx). Thursday afternoon, I will roll up whatever input you give me into a final proposal and deliver it to Jeff Mikorski by 5 pm.

The grant proposal is due to Jeff Mikorski COB this Thursday. The City received the invitation to propose on December 20. Jeff must submit the proposal no later than Saturday.
I was expecting to have more time to make the proposal. I had planned that we would develop it as a team. Now, with so little time, i plan to write a draft and run it by you for changes and comments. I hope to have something for you by tomorrow, Wednesday afternoon. I plan to start with our last proposal; update it with info that we developed for the Intent-to-Propose; flesh out the descriptions of what we propose to do and include the report of FY2010 accomplishments.
If you have any better ideas, please let me know ASAP.
