Here is the agenda as I know it from staff.  Meeting begins Tuesday

2. Presentation on economic benefits of a cracker plant by Keith Buredette 
of Econ Development Office
3. Standard presentation on horizontal drilling and fracking by someone 
from WVU
4. Presentation by Don Garvin (whoever he is)
5. Presentation by two Morgantown city council members
6. Presentation by Dave McMahon
 
And, yes, Sconyers, you are always paranoid.  But that's not a bad
